The BDS Agency, a nationally respected leader in the representation of college basketball coaches, has announced the addition of experienced women’s basketball and athletics administrator Jennifer Nabrizny as Director of Operations. In her role, Nabrizny will work closely with Founder and President Brian D. Stanchak to manage a wide range of day-to-day administrative and client support responsibilities.

Nabrizny joins the agency with 13 years of experience across women’s basketball operations, athletics administration, and conference administration, which she will draw upon to support the agency’s continued growth.

Most recently, Nabrizny served as Director of Women’s Basketball Operations at Providence College from 2024 to 2026, a position she also held from 2016 to 2023. In her role, she managed administrative and operational responsibilities for the program while collaborating with departments across campus, external partners, and the BIG EAST Conference.

“Jennifer’s combined experience in women’s basketball, athletics administration, and conference administration will be a tremendous asset to our agency and the clients we are fortunate to represent,” said Stanchak. “Jennifer brings great energy, and I am confident her addition will continue to elevate The BDS Agency while further enhancing the level of service and opportunities we provide to our clients.”

Between her stints at Providence, Nabrizny served as Compliance Coordinator at Stonehill College and as Director of Basketball Operations and Sport Administration at the American Athletic Conference, working with the AAC’s 14 member institutions on men’s and women’s basketball operations, conference policies, as well as media and championship events.

Nabrizny began her career at St. Bonaventure University, where she served as the Director of Women’s Basketball Operations from 2013 to 2016.

“I’m incredibly excited to join The BDS Agency and work alongside Brian. I have tremendous respect for his leadership and the vision he’s brought to building the agency,” Nabrizny said. “My career has given me a strong foundation in relationship-building, thoughtful problem-solving and anticipating the needs of those I work with. I look forward to bringing that experience to The BDS Agency, building on the exceptional care and support it provides to its clients, and helping elevate their experience in meaningful ways.”

Originally from Long Island, New York, Nabrizny earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from St. Bonaventure University in 2012.
