Jennifer Nabrizny joined The BDS Agency in 2026 as the Director of Operations, bringing more than a decade of experience in college athletics. Nabrizny adds a wealth of knowledge and perspective from her 13 years of experience across women’s basketball operations, athletics administration, and conference administration.

Most recently, Nabrizny served as Director of Women’s Basketball Operations at Providence College from 2024 to 2026, a position she also held from 2016 to 2023. In her role, she managed administrative and operational responsibilities for the program while collaborating with departments across campus, external partners, and the BIG EAST Conference.

Between her stints at Providence, Nabrizny served as Compliance Coordinator at Stonehill College and as Director of Basketball Operations and Sport Administration at the American Athletic Conference, working with the AAC’s 14 member institutions on men’s and women’s basketball operations and conference policies, as well as media and championship events.

Nabrizny began her career at St. Bonaventure University where she served as the Director of Women’s Basketball Operations from 2013 to 2016. In 2015-16, the program earned only the second NCAA Tournament berth in its history.

Originally from Long Island, New York, Nabrizny earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from St. Bonaventure University in 2012.
