The BDS Agency, a nationally respected leader in the representation of women’s college basketball coaches, is proud to announce the inaugural Women’s Basketball Leadership Consortium. The program will be held in conjunction with the 9th annual Head Coach Training Center (HCTC) on May 7-9 in Orlando, Florida.
The first-of-its-kind consortium will bring together 30 nominated NCAA Division I women’s basketball administrators for a unique professional development experience. Participants will engage in collaborative discussions on current and emerging trends in the game, participate in a workshop, conduct mock interviews with select women’s basketball coaches, and gain insights from HCTC speakers and panels.
“We are thrilled to introduce the Women’s Basketball Leadership Consortium,” said The BDS Agency President Brian D. Stanchak. “This program will empower administrators with valuable knowledge to better support their coaches and programs as the collegiate landscape continues to evolve.”
Founded in 2016, HCTC offers off-the-court professional development and networking for coaches to learn successful strategies for pursuing and excelling in a highly coveted Head Coach position. HCTC features collegiate head coaches, athletic directors, athletic administrators, search firm executives, conference commissioners, media personnel, industry leaders, leadership experts, and agents sharing their individual perspectives on how coaches can thrive during the search process and succeed as a Head Coach.
