In 2019-20, guided Pitt to the program’s first ACC Tournament win in four seasons

In 2018-19 (first season), led Pitt to the program’s first Power 5 (non-ACC) win in four seasons

Signed a 2020 recruiting class to Pitt that ranked in the top-50 nationally

As Pitt’s Head Coach, recruited and coached two ACC All-Conference Team selections

2016-17 WBCA National Assistant Coach of the Year

From 2003 to 2018, assisted Florida State to 12 20+ win seasons, two ACC Regular Season Championships, and 13 NCAA Tournament berths (three Elite 8 & two Sweet 16 appearances)
