From 2012 to 2016, led Northwestern State to a 71-58 (.550) record, two Southland Conference Tournament Championships, as well as three post-season berths (two NCAA Tournaments) – rebuilt a program that had only won six games the season prior to her arrival (6-24 (.207) overall and 2-14 (.125) Southland Conference record)
From 2013 to 2015, led Northwestern State to consecutive Southland Conference Tournament Championships and NCAA Tournament berths for the first time in program history
