In 2020-21 and 2019-20, helped lead Youngstown State to consecutive winning seasons for the first time in eight seasons

In 2019-20, assisted Youngstown State to the most single-season wins (18) in six seasons and Horizon League wins (t-10) in program history, as well as the program’s first post-season berth in six seasons

In 2014-15, helped lead East Tennessee State to a 16-14 overall record

As a Division I Assistant Coach, has recruited and coached six all-conference team selections, as well as one Sixth Player of the Year

A four-year Team Captain at West Virginia State from 2003 to 2008, helped lead the program to one WVIAC Regular Season Championship, two WVIAC Championships, as well as four NCAA Tournament appearances (three Sweet 16 appearances)
