Binghamton’s scoring offense has finished ranked in the top four in the America East in four of her five seasons, including 1st in 2019-20

From 2015 to 2018, led Weber State to a 57-41 (.582) overall record, two 21+ win seasons, and two post-season berths – rebuilt a program that had not won more than 10 games in each of the three seasons prior to her arrival (26-60 (.302) record during span)

Led Weber State to both the most single-season (23) and Big Sky Conference (12) wins in program history

Guided Weber State to an appearance in the 2015-16 WBI Tournament Championship game, which was a result of earning the program’s first post-season berth in 13 seasons and post-season win in 23 seasons

As a Division I Head Coach, has recruited and coached 23 all-conference team selections, as well as one Player of the Year, one Defensive Player of the Year, and one Newcomer of the Year
