From 2015 to 2018 (last three seasons), led Weber State to a 57-41 (.582) overall record, two 21+ win seasons, and two post-season berths, rebuilding a program that had not won more than 10 games during each the three seasons prior to her arrival

Led Weber State to both the most single-season (23) and conference (12) wins in program history

Guided Weber State to an appearance in the 2015-16 WBI Tournament Championship game, which was a result of earning the program’s first post-season berth in 13 seasons and post-season win in 23 seasons
