Increased Evansville’s overall (8 to 11) and Missouri Valley Conference (2 to 6) win totals over her first two seasons – rebuilt a program that only had a 33-142 (.187) overall and 13-95 (.120) MVC record in the six seasons combined prior to her arrival

In 2022-23, led Evansville to the program’s most single-season wins (11) in six seasons

As Evansville’s Head Coach, has recruited and coached six MVC All-Conference Team selections

In 2020-21, helped lead Florida International to the program’s first winning season (15-13) and post-season berth in eight seasons, as well as the most Conference USA wins (8) in program history – helped rebuild a program that had only averaged five wins per season in the six seasons prior to the staff’s arrival (32-144 (.182) overall and 15-89 (.144) Conference USA record during span)

From 2017 to 2020, helped lead Davidson to two winning seasons, a 25-23 (.521) Atlantic 10 Conference record, and one post-season berth – helped rebuild a program that only had a 22-67 (.247) overall and 10-38 (.208) Atlantic 10 Conference record in the three seasons combined prior to the staff’s arrival

In 2018-19, assisted Davidson to the most Atlantic 10 wins (10) in program history (breaking the record of 7, which was set in staff’s first season)

Three-time state basketball coaches association Coach of the Year (2016-17 Michigan & 2013-14, 2012-13 Illinois), as well as 2012-13 CACC Coach of the Year and WBCA Region Coach of the Year

From 2015 to 2017, led Davenport to 59-10 (.855) record, two 28+ win seasons, two WHAC Regular Season Championships, two WHAC Tournament Championships, and two NAIA Tournament berths
