Has increased Evansville’s overall (8 to 14) and Missouri Valley Conference (2 to 6) win totals over each of her first two seasons, rebuilding a program that only had a 33-142 (.187) overall and 13-95 (.120) MVC record for the six seasons combined prior to her arrival

Over her first two seasons (2021 to 2023), led Evansville to the program’s most combined wins over a two-season period (19) in eight seasons

As Evansville’s Head Coach, has recruited and coached five MVC All-Conference Team selections

In 2020-21, helped lead Florida International to the program’s first winning season (15-13) and post-season berth in eight seasons, helping rebuild a program that had only averaged 5 wins per season during the six seasons prior to staff’s arrival

In 2020-21, assisted FIU to the most Conference USA wins (8) in program history

From 2017 to 2020, helped lead Davidson to 45 overall wins and a 25-23 (.521) Atlantic 10 record, helping rebuild a program that had not won more than 11 overall and 5 Atlantic 10 games during each of the three seasons prior to staff’s arrival

In 2019-20, assisted Davidson to consecutive winning seasons for the first time in seven seasons

In 2018-19, assisted Davidson to the program’s first winning season (17-15) and post-season berth in six seasons, as well as the most Atlantic 10 wins (10) in program history (breaking the record of 7, which was set in first season)
