Matched or increased Hofstra’s win total over her first four seasons, with six wins in the CAA Tournament – took over a program that had not had a winning season in the three seasons prior to her arrival (35-59 (.372) overall and 13-41 (.241) CAA record during span)

In 2022-23, led Hofstra to the program’s most single-season wins (12) in six seasons

As Hofstra’s Head Coach, has recruited and coached six CAA All-Conference Team selections

From 2014 to 2018, helped lead Florida State to four 25+ win seasons and four NCAA Tournament berths (two Elite 8 & one Sweet 16 appearances)
