In 2023-24, led Richmond to the most single-season (29) and conference (16) wins in program history, the first Atlantic 10 Conference Regular Season Championship in program history (first championship in 33 seasons), the first Atlantic 10 Conference Tournament Championship in program history (first championship in 33 seasons), and the program’s first NCAA Tournament berth in 19 seasons

From 2012 to 2018, led Bucknell to a 151-72 (.677) overall and 90-32 (.738) Patriot League record, six winning seasons, and four 22+ win seasons – rebuilt a program that had not won more than 11 games in each of the three seasons prior to his arrival (23-63 (.267) overall and 13-27 (.325) Patriot League record during span)

Over his final four seasons (2015 to 2019), led Bucknell to a 102-30 (.773) overall and 64-8 (.889) Patriot League record, three Patriot League Regular Season Championships, two Patriot League Tournament Championships, and four post-season berths (two NCAA Tournaments)

Guided Bucknell to both the most single-season (28) and Patriot League (17) wins in program history, as well as the first post-season win (WNIT) in program and Patriot League history
