In 2024, was named as one of 20 assistant coaches ready to become a Head Coach by The Athletic, and was selected to participate in the WBCA Next Generation Institute
Has helped lead Utah to a 162-115 (.585) overall record, four 20+ win seasons, seven winning seasons, one Pac-12 Conference Regular Season Championship, and five post-season berths (three NCAA Tournaments) – helped rebuild a program that only had a 21-40 (.344) overall record in the two previous seasons combined and had not had a winning Pac-12 record in the five previous seasons
In 2023-24, assisted Utah to the program’s first Pac-12 Conference Regular Season Championship in 14 seasons and NCAA Tournament Sweet 16 appearance in 17 seasons
Utah’s scoring offense finished nationally ranked 22nd in 2023-24, 4th in 2022-23, and 17th in 2021-22
From 2015 to 2017, helped lead Pacific to a 45-22 (.672) overall and 23-11 (.676) West Coast Conference record, two winning seasons, and two WNIT berths
From 2004 to 2008, helped lead Idaho State to three winning seasons, a 41-19 (.683) Big Sky Conference record, one Big Sky Conference Regular Season Championship, one Big Sky Tournament Championship, and three post-season berths (one NCAA Tournament)
