From 2021 to 2024, increased Canisius’ win total (6 to 9 to 17) each season – rebuilt a program that only had a 5-30 (.143) record during the two seasons combined prior to her arrival (canceled 2020-21 season after five games) and had not had a winning season in the 12 seasons prior to her arrival (119-220 (.351) record during span)

In 2023-24, led Canisius to the program’s first winning season (17-14) and MAAC record (11-9) in 15 seasons

Improved Canisius’ scoring offense by 12 ppg from the season prior to arrival

As Canisius’ Head Coach, recruited and coached five MAAC All-Conference Team selections, as well as the 2023-24 Sixth Player of the Year

2016 Women’s Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) Thirty Under 30 honoree

From 2017 to 2019, helped lead Manhattan to consecutive .500 MAAC record for the first time in seven seasons.
