In 2021-22, led Northwestern State to the program’s most single-season wins (12) in five seasons, as well as an 11-win improvement from the season prior

As Northwestern State’s Head Coach, has recruited and coached four Southland All-Conference Team selections

In 2018-19 (first season), help lead UTRGV to the most conference wins (10) in program history
