The two-time Illinois Basketball Coaches Association (IBCA) Coach of the Year, has led Lewis to a 44-20 (.688) record, consecutive 20+ win seasons, one Great Lakes Valley Conference Regular Season Championship, one Great Lakes Valley Conference Tournament Championship, and consecutive  NCAA Tournament berths

In 2023-24, guided Lewis to the most single-season wins (23) in four seasons and conference wins (19) in program history, as well as the program’s first GLVC Regular Season Championship in eight seasons and GLVC Tournament Championship in 11 seasons

From 2019 to 2022, led Mother McAuley Liberal Arts HS to a 41-23 (.641) record in the two full seasons, including two Regional Championships

From 2015 to 2019, led Roosevelt to 61 wins and one winning season – rebuilt a program that had only won 8 games the season prior to her arrival

In 2012-13, helped lead Loyola (Chicago) to the program’s first winning season in 11 seasons, as well as the most single-season wins (17) and first winning Horizon League record (10-6) in 24 seasons

As a Head Coach, has recruited and coached 13 all-conference team selections, as well as one Freshman of the Year

A three-year Team Captain and 2007-08 Horizon League All-Newcomer Team selection, graduated from Loyola (Chicago) with 957 career points and 371 career assists
