From 2018 to 2022, led Saint Peter’s to 41 wins (matching or increasing the program’s win total each season) – rebuilt a program that had not won more than six games in each of the eight seasons prior to his arrival (32-211 (.152) record during span)

The 2020-21 MAAC Coach of the Year, led Saint Peter’s to the program’s most single-season wins (13) and first winning MAAC record (10-9) in 12 seasons, as well as an appearance in the MAAC Tournament Championship game for the first time in 19 seasons
