2012 National Lacrosse Conference Coach of the Year

The all-time winningest coach at two Division I programs, completely rebuilding both Kennsaw State and Detroit Mercy

Has led Kennesaw State to 42 overall wins, rebuilding a program that had not won more than five games during a single season prior to her arrival

In 2022, led Kennesaw State to the first winning season (11-7) and most single-season wins (11) in program history

In 2017 (first season), led Kennesaw State to the most single-season (8) and Atlantic Sun wins (4) in program history

KSU earned the NCAA Public Recognition Award in 2020, 2019, and 2018

Has guided KSU to the five highest scoring seasons in program history

From 2012 to 2016, led Detroit Mercy to 40 overall wins and a 21-10 (.677) conference record, as well as four straight Atlantic Sun Tournament Championship game appearances

Guided Detroit Mercy to the first two winning seasons (12-8 in 2016 & 10-8 in 2015) in program history

Has led two different programs to finish in the top-30 nationally in scoring offense (Kennesaw State: currently 29th in 2022, 30th in 2019, 15th in 2017 & Detroit Mercy: 28th in 2016)
