From 2007 to 2018, the five-time MIAA Coach of the Year led Pittsburg State to a 231-102 (.694) overall record, including nine winning seasons and seven 20+ win seasons

Led Pitt State to the program’s first outright MIAA Regular Season Championship in 25 seasons in 2016-17 and five NCAA Tournament berths (two Elite 8 appearances)

As Pitt State’s Head Coach, recruited and coached 46 MIAA All-Conference Team selections, as well as one Defensive Player of the Year and one Freshman of the Year

From 2004 to 2007, led Barton CC to a 77-21 (.786) overall record, three 22+ win seasons, and one Jayhawk Conference West Regular Season Championship

2002-03 Kansas All-Class Coach of the Year and two-time Kansas Class 6A Coach of the Year (2001-02 & 2002-03)

From 1995 to 2004, guided Wichita Heights HS to a 141-62 (.695) overall record, as well as two Kansas Class 6A State Championships
