In 2020-21 (despite shortened season), guided North Texas to the most Conference USA wins (10) in program history and most conference wins in 19 seasons

In 2018-19, led North Texas to the program’s first consecutive winning seasons and post-season berth (WBI Championship Game appearance) in 17 seasons

In 2017-18, led North Texas to the program’s first winning season (17-14) in 12 seasons

Signed a 2022 recruiting class to North Texas that ranked 35th nationally

As North Texas’ Head Coach, recruited and coached nine Conference USA All-Conference Team selections

From 2012 to 2015, assisted Texas to two 22+ win seasons and two NCAA Tournament berths (one Sweet 16 appearance)
