Has guided Skidmore to the most single-season wins in program history during four different seasons

As Skidmore’s Head Coach, has recruited and coached 33 Liberty League All-Conference selections, as well as four Players of the Year and two Rookies of the Year

From 2007 to 2009, helped lead Navy to consecutive winning seasons for the first time in eight seasons – rebuilt a program that only had a 23-63 (.267) overall and 11-31 (.262) Patriot League record in the three seasons combined prior to the staff’s arrival

From 2000 to 2004, assisted Head Coach Steve Donahue in rebuilding a Cornell program that would go later on to win two Ivy League Championships

As a Division I Assistant Coach in the Patriot League and Ivy League, recruited and coached 13 all-conference selections, as well as one Player of the Year and one Rookie of the Year
