From 2004 to 2010, helped lead Navy to 93 overall wins, rebuilding a program that had not won more than 10 single-season games during three seasons prior to his arrival

From 2000 to 2004, assisted Head Coach Steve Donahue in rebuilding a Cornell program that would go later on to win two Ivy League Championships

As a Division I Assistant Coach in the Patriot League and Ivy League, recruited and coached 13 all-conference selections, including one Player of the Year and one Rookie of the Year
