In 2022-23, led Siena to only the program’s third winning season (19-12) in 19 seasons, most single-season wins (19) in 20 seasons, and second-most MAC wins (12) in 19 seasons, rebuilding a program that only had two winning seasons in the 17 seasons prior to the staff’s arrival
From 2017 to 2021, led Florida Atlantic to 42 overall and 24 Conference USA wins, rebuilding a program that had only won four overall and zero conference games the season prior to his arrival
In 2020-21, led FAU to the most Conference USA wins (8) and first Conference USA Tourmament win in program history, as well as the program’s first .500 season (7-7) in seven seasons
In 2017-18 (first season), led FAU to an increase of nine overall (13) and seven Conference USA (7) wins from the season prior
The all-time winningest coach in Dayton history with a 252-155 (.619) overall and 120-74 (.619) Atlantic 10 record, including eight 21+ win seasons
