In 2022-23 (first season), the nation’s youngest Power 5 Head Coach led Oklahoma State to a 21-12 (.636) overall and 10-8 (.556) Big 12 Conference record, as well as an NCAA Tournament berth – rebuilt a program that was picked 9th (out of 10) in the Big 12 Conference preseason poll after finishing the previous season with a 9-20 (.310) overall and 3-15 (.167) Big 12 Conference record
From 2017 to 2022, led Kansas City to an 81-65 (.555) record and three winning seasons (two 21+ win seasons) – rebuilt a program that only had two winning seasons in the 24 seasons prior to her arrival (257-437 (.370) record during span)
In 2021-22, led Kansas City to the second-most single-season wins (23), second-most conference wins (t-12), and only the third post-season berth (WNIT) in program history
The 2019-20 WAC Coach of the Year, led Kansas City to the first conference Regular Season Championship in program history, as well as only the program’s fourth winning season (21-10) in 27 seasons and most conference wins (13) in program history
