From 2015 to 2023, led North Florida to 95 overall wins and three winning seasons, rebuilding a program that had not had a winning season during the 11 seasons prior to his arrival

In 2020-21, guided UNF to the most Atlantic Sun Conference wins (t-11) in program history, as well as the highest single-season winning percentage (.560) in the program’s Division I history

In 2019-20, led UNF to the most single-season wins (16) in 16 seasons

In 2018-19, led UNF to the first winning season (15-14) in the program’s Division I history

In 2017-18, guided UNF to the first win over a nationally ranked opponent (#25 Florida Gulf Coast) in the program’s Division I history

As UNF’s Head Coach, recruited and coached eight Atlantic Sun All-Conference Team selections, as well as two ASUN Newcomers of the Year, two ASUN Defensive Players of the Year, and the first WNBA draft pick (2022) in program history
