From 2015 to 2023, led North Florida to 95 wins and three winning seasons – rebuilt a program that had not had a winning season in the 10 seasons at the Division I level prior to his arrival (107-188 (.363) record during span)

In 2020-21, guided UNF to the most Atlantic Sun Conference wins (t-11) in program history, as well as the highest single-season winning percentage (.560) in the program’s Division I history

In 2019-20, led UNF to the program’s most single-season wins (16) in 16 seasons (and Division I history)

In 2018-19, led UNF to the first winning season (15-14) in the program’s Division I history

In 2017-18, guided UNF to the first win over a nationally ranked opponent (#25 Florida Gulf Coast) in the program’s Division I history

UNF ranked 4th nationally in 2022-23 in the WBCA Academic Top 25 Team Honor Roll

As UNF’s Head Coach, recruited and coached eight Atlantic Sun All-Conference Team selections, as well as two Defensive Players of the Year, two Newcomers of the Year, and the first WNBA draft pick (2022) in program history

From 2005 to 2015, helped lead Miami to seven winning seasons, five 20+ win seasons, one ACC Regular Season Championship, and seven post-season berths (four NCAA Tournaments)
