In 2021-22, led HCU to the program’s first winning season (16-11), first winning Southland record (12-2), most single-season wins (16), most Southland wins (12), and first post-season berth (WNIT) in the program’s Division I history

In 2020-21, led HCU to the program’s first .500 season (11-11) in the program’s Division I history

Has guided HCU to both the most single-season (15) and Southland Conference (9) wins in the program’s Division I history

Guided HCU to the 2014-15 Southland Conference Tournament Championship game during the program’s first season of eligibility for the conference tournament
