In 2020-21, assisted North Carolina A&T to the program’s first MEAC Regular Season Championship (Southern Division) in 30 seasons

In 2019-20 & 2018-19, helped guide North Carolina A&T to the program’s most MEAC wins (25) over a two-year span in 31 seasons

From 2011 to 2018, helped lead High Point to a 119-99 (.546) overall and 76-46 (.623) Big South Conference record, two 21+ win seasons, four Big South Conference Regular Season Championships, and four post-season berths

Assisted High Point to the most single-season wins (23), most Big South (13) wins, first Big South Conference Regular Season Championship, and first post-season berth in the program’s Division I history

As a Division I Assistant Coach, has recruited and coached 14 all-conference selections, as well as two Players of the Year, one Defensive Player of the Year, one Freshman of the Year, and one Most Improved Player

The two-time Cardinal District Coach of the Year led Freedom High School to two Cardinal District Conference Championships and three Northwest Regional Tournament appearances

A CAA-All-Rookie Team selection at George Mason, helped lead the program to two CAA Regular Season Championships, one CAA Tournament Championship, and one NCAA Tournament berth
