DIRECTOR, OPERATIONS
Position Overview
The BDS Agency is seeking an experienced full‑time support team member to work closely with and report directly to the President. This role is a vital part of our organization, responsible for managing a wide range of administrative, marketing, and client‑support tasks. Responsibilities
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients and partners; organize and update client contracts and related documents
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including billing, purchasing, and expense organization; support travel needs, including strategic planning and booking
- Research, draft, and design content for newsletters, social media, and marketing materials; support basic website maintenance
- Gather, prepare, and develop information and documentation to support client employment contract negotiations, job searches, and interview preparation
- Identify, pursue, and coordinate marketing opportunities and outside income initiatives for clients
- Assist with all aspects of the annual Final Four client party and Head Coach Training Center event, including sponsor outreach and acquisition
- Perform additional duties as needed to support the agency’s daily operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of three years of administrative support experience
- Strong understanding of the college athletics landscape; prior experience in a collegiate, professional, or sports‑related environment preferred

- Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X); familiarity with WordPress is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with a commitment to exceptional client service and responsiveness
- Self‑starter with strong organizational and time‑management skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and handle sensitive information with discretion

Location: Remote; Based in NJ/PA preferred
Compensation: Base salary, with the potential to earn annual achievement bonuses
Health Insurance: Not directly; monthly stipend provided
Other: Paid time off
Actual base salary is dependent on numerous factors, including but not limited to, market dynamics, location, experience,specialized skills/training, education, level of responsibility, and budgetary considerations.
