In 2022-22 (first season), led William & Mary to an 18-13 (.581) overall record and the most CAA wins (t-12) in program history – rebuilt a program that had finished the previous season with a 10-20 (.333) overall and 5-13 (.278) CAA record

As William & Mary’s Head Coach, has recruited and coached two CAA All-Conference Team selections, as well as the 2022-23 Scholar-Athlete of the Year

In 2021, named one of 22 assistant women’s basketball coaches ready to lead their own program by The Athletic

From 2020 to 2022, helped lead Wake Forest to consecutive post-season berths, including the program’s first NCAA Tournament berth in 30 seasons in 2020-21

Helped Georgetown sign a 2018 recruiting class that ranked 1st in the Big East

In 2018-19, assisted Georgetown to the most overall wins (19) in a season in seven seasons

From 2017 to 2020, assisted Georgetown to two WNIT appearances
