From 2012 to 2016 (last four seasons), led NYIT to a 87-36 (.707) overall and 58-20 East Coast Conference (.744) record, four winning seasons, three 20+ win seasons, one ECC Regular Season Championship (first in program history), and two NCAA Tournament berths (first berth and win in program history – one Sweet 16 appearance)
NYIT’s scoring offense finished ranked 25th nationally for three consecutive seasons from 2012 to 2015
As Head Coach at Saint Leo and NYIT, has recruited and coached 21 all-conference team selections, as well as one Player of the Year, one Defensive Player of the Year, and one Freshman of the Year
In 2005-06, helped lead Hofstra to the most single-season wins (19) and first post-season berth (WNIT) in program history
