From 2013 to 2022, assisted American to a 160-106 (.602) overall and 105-48 (.686) Patriot League record, five 22+ win seasons, three Patriot League Regular Season Championship, three Patriot League Tournament Championships, and five post-season berths (three NCAA Tournaments)

From 2008 to 2012, helped lead Lehigh to a 93-35 (.727) overall and 44-12 (.786) Patriot League record, three 21+ win seasons, three Patriot League Regular Season Championships, two Patriot League Tournament Championships, and three post-season berths (two NCAA Tournaments)
