In 2023-24 (first season), led Marshall to the most single-season (26) and conference (17) wins in program history

The 2023-24 Sun Belt Coach of the Year, guided Marshall to the Sun Belt Regular Season Championship (first conference regular season championship in 35 seasons), Sun Belt Tournament Championship (only second conference tournament championship in program history – first in 27 seasons), and NCAA Tournament (only second appearance in program history – first in 27 seasons)

Marshall’s scoring offense finished ranked 4th nationally in 2023-24

As Marshall’s Head Coach, recruited and coached two Sun Belt All-Conference Team selections, as well as the Player of the Year

From 2016 to 2023, led Glenville State to a 191-24 (.888) overall and 132-12 (.917) Mountain East Conference record, seven consecutive winning seasons, six 24+ win seasons, and four 30+ win seasons, as well as six MEC Regular Season Championships, five MEC Tournament Championships, and seven consecutive NCAA Tournament berths

Glenville State’s scoring offense finished nationally ranked 2nd in 2022-23, 1st in 2021-22, 1st in 2020-21, 1st in 2019-20, 1st in 2018-19, 2nd in 2017-18, and 1st in 2016-17

The 2010-11 WVIAC Student-Athlete of the Year, helped lead Glenville State to the WVIAC Tournament Championship and NCAA Tournament
