Selected to participate in the 2019 TopConnect program and was named one of the top assistant coaches in the American Athletic Conference in 2020 (Jeff Goodman – Stadium)

The 2020-21 AAC Coach of the Year, led Wichita State to the program’s first AAC Regular Season Championship in program history

In 2020-21 (first season), led Wichita State to a 16-6 overall and 11-2 AAC record, as well as an NCAA Tournament berth after the program was selected 7th (out of 11) in the AAC pre-season poll

As Wichita State’s Head Coach, coached four AAC All-Conference selections, as well as one Player of the Year and one Defensive Player of the Year

As a Division I Assistant Coach (under Gregg Marshall, Mike White, John Brady, John Pelphrey), helped lead five different programs to a combined total of 11 20+ win seasons, eight conference regular season/division championships, two conference tournament championships, and 10 post-season berths (six NCAA Tournaments)

Assisted Wichita State to two 30+ win seasons, six 22+ win seasons, three MVC Regular Season Championships, one MVC Tournament Championship, and four NCAA Tournament berths (one Sweet 16)

From 2011 to 2014, helped lead Louisiana Tech to a 74-31 (.705) overall record, two 27+ win seasons, two conference regular season championships (one Conference USA & one WAC), and two post-season berths

In 2007-08, assisted Arkansas to 23 wins and an NCAA Tournament berth
