In 2022-23 (first season), led Chicago State to the program’s most single-season wins (6) in 11 seasons after taking over a program that had not won more than four games in a single-season in the 10 seasons prior to her arrival (23-253 (.083) record during span)

From 2019 to 2022, led Fort Valley State to 28 overall and 17 Southern Intercollegiate Conference wins after taking over a program that had not won more than six games in a single-season in the two seasons prior to her arrival (10-43 (.189) record during span)

In 2020-21 (COVID season), guided FVSU to the program’s first winning season (6-5) in eight seasons

In 2019-20 (first-season), led FVSU to the most single-season wins (13) in six seasons and first winning SIAC record (9-8) in four seasons

From 2010 to 2015, led Air Force to 10 Mountain West Conference wins after taking over a program that only had a 13-179 (.068) conference record in the 14 seasons prior to her arrival
