In 2022-23 (first season), helped lead Oklahoma State to a 21-12 (.636) overall and 10-8 (.556) Big 12 Conference record, as well as an NCAA Tournament berth – helped rebuild a program that was picked 9th (out of 10) in the Big 12 Conference preseason poll after finishing the previous season with a 9-20 (.310) overall and 3-15 (.167) Big 12 Conference record

From 2017 to 2022, helped lead Kansas City to an 81-65 (.555) record, three winning seasons, and two 21+ win seasons – helped rebuild a program that only had two winning seasons in the 24 seasons prior to the staff’s arrival (257-437 (.370) record during span)

In 2021-22, assisted Kansas City to the second-most single-season wins (23), second-most conference wins (t-12), and only the third post-season berth (WNIT) in program history

In 2019-20, helped lead Kansas City to the first conference Regular Season Championship in program history, as well as only the program’s fourth winning season (21-10) in 27 seasons and most conference wins (13) in program history

In 2018-19, assisted Kansas City to only the program’s third winning season (16-15) in 26 seasons and the most WAC wins (9) in program history

Kansas City’s scoring offense finished ranked 24th nationally in 2018-19

As Northern Arizona’s Interim Head Coach in 2016-17, led the program to an increase of three overall (9) and three Big Sky Conference (5) wins from the season prior to her taking over
