The BDS Agency President, Brian D. Stanchak, announced today the addition of the Collegiate Women’s Volleyball Coach Management Division to The BDS Agency’s representation portfolio, which also includes the Collegiate Men’s Basketball Coach Management and Collegiate Women’s Basketball Coach Management Divisions. Stanchak is also pleased to announce that former Division I Head Women’s Volleyball Coach Ryan Wills as the lead agent for the new division. Stanchak will continue to focus on all aspects of the agency’s industry-leading collegiate men’s and women’s basketball coach divisions.

Ryan is well-connected and well-respected in the volleyball industry. As a former Division I Head Coach, Ryan has the unique experience and a passion for the profession that will allow him to successfully advise, market, and represent collegiate women’s volleyball coaches.”

Wills joined The BDS Agency, bringing with him 16 years of Division I coach experience, including nine seasons as the Head Women’s Volleyball Coach at the University of Tulsa. Prior to taking over the Tulsa program, Wills served as an Assistant Coach at the University of Alabama under Ed Allen, and UCLA under Pac-12 Coach of the Century and American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Co-Founder Andy Banachowski.

As the Head Women’s Volleyball Coach at Tulsa, Wills became one of the nation’s youngest head coaches to reach 100 career wins, finishing his tenure with 137 career wins and a .521 career win percentage. Wills also chaired the American Athletic Conference (AAC) Coaches Group from 2019 to 2022 and contributed to the NCAA Regional Advisory Committee for NCAA selection from 2019 to 2021. More recently, he chaired an AVCA Regional All-American Committee and was a member of the National All-American Committee in 2022. Wills earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Tulsa in 2008. He also holds a certification as a DISC analyst. Ryan resides in Tulsa, OK with his wife, Evyn, and son, Ryder.
