The all-time winningest coach in Quinnipiac program history with a 407-282 (.591) overall record, including nine 21+ win seasons

Has led Quinnipiac to eight post-season berths (4 NCAA Tournaments), as well as an appearance in the 2016-17 NCAA Tournament Sweet 16

Over the previous six seasons (2012 to 2018), has guided Quinnipiac to a 164-42 (.796) overall and 104-12 (.897) conference record, two 30+ win seasons, five conference regular season championships, four conference tournament championships, and six post-season berths (four NCAA Tournaments)

As Quinnipiac’s Head Coach, has recruited and coached 45 all-conference team selections, including one Player of the Year, two Rookies of the Year, and four Defensive Players of the Year

A three-time MAAC All-Conference Team selection at Fairfield, was inducted into the Fairfield Athletic Hall of Fame in 1998,  Connecticut Women’s Basketball Hall of Fame in 2002, and South Jersey Women’s Basketball Hall of Fame in 2006
