On Thursday, December 15th, The BDS Agency Founder and President Brian D. Stanchak spoke at the Alliance of Women Coaches Leadership Forum at the University of Hartford in Hartford, CT. The forum was titled Winning Strategies to Cultivate Connections and was a partnership with the America East, Ivy League, MAAC, NEC, and Patriot League conferences.

Since founding The BDS Agency in 2013, Stanchak has worked with numerous females who have advanced their careers, including 11 female clients who have become first-time Division I Head Coaches. Stanchak was invited to speak by Ginger Fulton, Senior Associate Executive Director for Sport Management and Governance/Senior Woman Administrator at the Patriot League, and spoke to the group of over 125 administrators, coaches, and conference commissioners about developing a personal brand.
