On Tuesday, October 17th, The BDS Agency Founder and President Brian D. Stanchak participated in the second Women’s Sports Foundation Sports Advocacy Network meeting in New York City at Morgan Stanley Headquarters. The purpose of this exclusive meeting was to continue to help formulate a game plan to eliminate gender bias against female coaches in college sports.
Since founding The BDS Agency in 2013, Stanchak has worked with a large number of females who have advanced their careers, including 14 female clients who have become first-time Division I head coaches. Stanchak, who was also invited to and participated in last year’s founding meeting, was among over 50 female leaders across college athletics, including numerous Division I Director of Athletics, Senior Women’s Administrators, and conference commissioners.
“It was a tremendous honor to be invited again to participate in the Women’s Sports Foundation Sports Advocacy Meeting. I am so thrilled to be a part of such an outstanding group of female leaders in college athletics and help establish strategies for females to maximize opportunities to advance professionally,” said Stanchak.
The Women’s Sports Foundation was founded in 1974 by tennis legend Billie Jean King and is dedicated to creating leaders by ensuring all girls access to sports.
