On Tuesday, October 16th, The BDS Agency Founder and President Brian D. Stanchak participated in the third Women’s Sports Foundation Sports Advocacy Network meeting in New York City at Morgan Stanley Headquarters. The purpose of this exclusive, invite-only meeting was to continue to help formulate a game plan to eliminate gender bias against female coaches in college sports. Stanchak is the only agent to have been invited to the Women’s Sports Foundation Sports Advocacy Network Meetings, participating in each meeting since its formation in 2016.

Stanchak was asked to give a short overview of the Head Coach Training Center to the group, which included over 50 female leaders across college athletics, including numerous Division I athletic administrators and conference commissioners. Since founding The BDS Agency in 2013, Stanchak has worked with a large number of females who have advanced their careers, including 21 female clients who have obtained a first-time or new Division I Head Coach position.

“It am really honored to again be invited again to participate in the Women’s Sports Foundation Sports Advocacy Meeting. Each year I am so thrilled to be amongst such an outstanding group of female leaders in college athletics and help establish strategies for females to maximize opportunities to advance professionally,” said Stanchak.

The Women’s Sports Foundation was founded in 1974 by tennis legend Billie Jean King and is dedicated to creating leaders by ensuring all girls access to sports.
